Al was diagnosed with Glioblastoma 5 years ago and has been courageously fighting to beat the odds. Unfortunately his last scan showed extreme growth and he was put on hospice care.

We want to help lessen the financial burden so Melissa, Al and the boys can spend all the time left focused on being together.

Join us for a Taco Bar and desserts at North Lakes Christian Church! Food will be available from 4PM to 7PM. Pop and water will be available for $1.

There will also be meat raffles and a silent auction. Bidding will be available from 4PM to 6PM!

We will meet outside of North Lakes Christian Church at 4:15 to surprise the Jaques family.
